BOWERS WINTER PARK

Please note the following before purchasing tickets for Way Night at Bowers Winter Park:

• The night designated for Way Elementary is Wednesday, January 25th from 5-8pm

• All PTO ticket sales will close on January 1st, 2023. At that time, any unsold tickets will be released to the public.

•  Please review the Rules, Waiver, FAQ, and general information on our website for more details HERE and on the ticket page.   

• This year, all entrants to the Park are required to pay a general admission fee and, in return, have access to the new skating rink. Only on PTO nights will the admission fee be waived for non-tubing guests. Skates will be available to rent. You may also bring your own skates.

• Each ticket is for 50 minutes of tubing on the hill at a set start time.

• Tickets are $17 per person (plus processing fees) and are non-refundable or transferable. We will be tubing whether there is snow or rain, or sun. There are no rain or weather dates.

• Tickets are only available for that individual school. Every ticket will need to be purchased through the online registration system.

• Each participant needs to have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian, which occurs during registration (unless the participant is an adult and can sign for themselves).

• Each participant needs to rent their own tube. One tube per participant. Single riders only. Tubes are included in the price of the ticket.

• We recommend that tubers arrive at least 30 minutes before their time with their online receipt to check in and get a ticket to put on their coats.

• We recommend that students be at least 46"; however, it is the ultimate decision on the part of the parent/guardian to decide if their child is capable of safe tubing.

• A helmet may be worn for safety; however, this is not a requirement.

• To ensure a safe experience for all parties involved, the tubing run (including the walk up the hill and end of the run) is restricted to only those participating in the activity, except in special circumstances where additional assistance is required to provide accessibility support. There is a new viewing area for parents to observe safely and stay cozy too! 

•  Students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
